Instructions - National Syndicated Study Of HSA Users The first national syndicated study of HSA users will take place during July. Companies wanting to participate must be prepared to send their email surveys by July 15. How It Works Step 1. Participants compile a list of HSA user email addresses from their own data. Step 2. On July 15 we send everybody the final questionairre in email format ready for sending. Step 3. Before July 31 everybody sends out their email questionaires to all of their users. Step 4. On August 21 the survey is closed. Everybody may then access their own results. The aggregate results of the survey, without indentification of sponsors, will be delivered to us in a file. We will then analyze the aggregated overall results and prepare a final report. What Will Be Measured (four multiple choice each) How did they choose their current insurer or TPA?
- How did they choose their HSA custodian? How do they feel about these providers performance? Rate the four best and worst things about HSAs How much do they expect to put into their accounts this year? What are they expecting to happen when they own an HSA?
- What could make an HSA a better product?
