This website, was created at the behest of small and medium size business owners who told ISI's staff that healthcare costs were one of their main impediments to profitability.  When Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) were first introduced in 2004, our President & CEO, JoAnn Laing, wrote two books on HSAs.  With many others, she recognized the importance of Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) to individuals and business managers of the need to rein in healthcare costs and the website began early in 2005.
